I franticly search this morning to fine this:
Be still and know that I am God Psalms 46:10


Umm...maybe bible search can help element a frantic search. So I type it in and the time I click enter, wholly Moly there it is! I know technology is brilliant but at times it drowned out the important things.

bird chirping
children laughing
cricket chirping
God's Whispers and words
friends voices
words upon words in books,( paper-books)
leaves falling
baby coos
etc.......

I feel my husband has a point when you say Unplug! Just so much requires power...
As do we. But our power is not in cell phones, computers, and FB. Our power comes from God

God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble.
psalms 46:1

So today listen. Just enjoy a sound of quietness for a moment today. Loves to you!

Mother Teresa of Calcutta advised, " Spread love everywhere you go: First of all in your own house.... Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of God's kindness; kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile, kindness in your warm greeting."


I am so amazed by her and her life. But who is the big part of that, she as amazing a she was, She let God play the big part! Wow! Learn something about someone today and make them feel Christ Love through you. Or study an amazing person of History and pray God to show you how to become small so he can play a big part.

Hello Blogging-wide world! I will try my hand again at this. I daily journal and I sometimes can't read my own writing. Oh man, that is a confession. I have messy Hand writing. Ha Ha.

I am looking out the window and the leaves drop so fast. Color changes, weather cools, and bam! They fall. I love the Autumn. People busing to get ready for the cold- old man Winter. Canning, gathering wood, knitting Christmas gifts, ect. ... All the lovely smells of baking goods. Yumm!

I love football too! Just watching my Husband enthusiasm in the game is enough. I like the color there too! All the faithful fans in there team colors All the teams sporting the gear too. Just a time to sit and watch such talents.(Nap) I also love to catch ESPN Sports Center. Just what the doc order!!!
I get all Highlights and antidotes without having thirty plus channels on all at once, still connect with the family. I love the fit bodies of the Gals and it helps me long for a body such as a active BMI and to achieve my active goals. I love the thoughtfulness every week some give to Fantasy Football  or Last man Standing! So Thoughtful in each player and team. This month Pink,  the players and teams is for Breast Cancer.

October is Breast Cancer awareness month! I am not personally effected by but I have breast and they were tested for my first baseline. Not to bad. Not fun and no picnic but manageable to be healthy. So do a self- breast exam or go and do your Mammogram this month!!! Speaking of color....
